Talent Acquisition Specialist

Primary Purpose

Execute all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Salaried and Hourly Professionals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Working with hiring managers to collaborate on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. Ensuring EEO compliance and the end to end recruitment process within the Oracle Recruit ATS. 
2. Candidate Sourcing utilizing various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting.
3. Identify Hourly Professional and Salary-Exempt open positions - create/define requisitions.
4. Candidate Selection/Onboarding - Candidate review, salary parameters, candidate onboarding experience.
5. Guides and directs management of Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years' experience.
• Recruiter Certification, SHRM Certification.
