You will oversee tax office operations across the CA049 - White Lane County region, lead motivated teams, and help deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA049 - White Lane County region
• Provide continuous leadership, coaching, and training to our Tax Preparers
• Drive sales performance to exceed weekly and monthly tax preparation goals
• Maintain professional, compliant, and organized work environments
• Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure consistency
• Support local marketing and community outreach activities
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting
• Previous Management experience is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams
• Active CTEC & PTIN
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly between locations when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Tax Preparation and Sales or related fields
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
