Qualifications

6 or more years experience as a Tax Manager;
Extensive understanding of individual taxes and estate planning;
Estate and Trust experience;
M&A experience;
DPAD and 263a experience a required
The Manager will manage client relationships, compliance projects and provide proactive support and planning to help clients. Experience in training, supervising and coaching staff and seniors required; and
Strong partnership and pass through entity tax experience.
