Early Childhood Teacher Opportunities

Compensation: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on education, experience, and region)

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our early childhood education team. We have opening for role Floater Teacher. Our center provides a nurturing and engaging environment where children learn through a play-based curriculum designed to support their intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development.

Our educators play a vital role in inspiring young learners and helping them build a strong foundation for future academic success while fostering a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Plan, organize, and participate in age-appropriate learning activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Support children’s intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering/changing, and nap time.

  
  


• 
  

  Help prepare children for kindergarten by introducing structured learning experiences.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain open communication with parents and collaborate with team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide classroom coverage and support across classrooms when required.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  

  Education: High School Diploma or GED

  
  


• 
  

  Training: 45 hours of DCF training (required for Teacher role)
