Position Overview

Leading Edge is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support our before and after-school programming in the Sayreville area. Hours vary by location/program

Morning Hours Approx:
9:00 am – 7:00 am, Monday through Friday

Afternoon Hours Approx:
3:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Pay: $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Support daily program activities and supervise students
Assist with homework help and enrichment activities
Maintain program quality in alignment with company and state standards
Communicate professionally with families and school staff
Ensure student safety and proper ratios at all times
Create a positive, structured, and engaging environment

Requirements

At least 1 year of childcare or education experience preferred
Ability to pass all required PA background clearances
Must be available Monday–Friday mornings (6:50 am – 8:45 am)
Reliable transportation (ability to travel locally for optional shifts)
Strong communication and professionalism
