We're seeking an AV Team Lead to oversee audio-visual projects and lead a skilled technician team. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership for effective AV system implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support AV technicians to achieve project goals.
• Plan and execute AV projects aligned with organizational objectives, overseeing system installation, configuration, and testing.
• Stay updated on AV technologies, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions.
• Manage relationships with AV equipment vendors, negotiate contracts, and assess performance.
• Implement quality assurance processes for AV systems and maintain comprehensive documentation standards.

Requirements
