The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n\n$97,900.00 - $146,900.00\n\nPurpose Statement: \nServe as player/coach for an information technology team, delivering end-to-end services which are aligned with and effectively and efficiently support business and IT strategies, goals and operations.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Operational Stewardship \u0026 People Coaching: Orchestrate the daily activities of the application analyst team to ensure service delivery excellence; serve as a primary mentor focused on evaluating potential and driving succession planning, ensuring the team is both aligned with strategic priorities and empowered to meet SLA targets.\n\n * Project Management Advocacy: Support the PMO by managing resource requests, balancing needs against keep the lights on activities and handling risk mitigation as they arise. \n\n * Business Relationship Management: Act as the lead bridge between business partners and IT; facilitate the translation of high-level business needs into actionable requirements and functional roadmaps, ensuring that the final solutions delivered by the team truly solve the customer\u0027s \"pain points.\"\n\n * Application \u0026 Support Leadership: Drive functional excellence across the application lifecycle by overseeing the standards for incident resolution and system monitoring; while not performing deep-tier technical fixes, you will guide the team through root-cause analysis and ensure best practices are followed for high-complexity deployments.\n\n * Keep teams aligned with the strategic vision and priorities of IT. Maintain open lines of communication across the functional to address questions or concerns of the team. Engage with leadership as required.\n\n * Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.\n\n * All GT leaders are accountable for upholding the organization\u0027s cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, actively participating in training, protecting data and systems, actively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity or potential security incidents.\n\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\n * Advanced decision making and problem solving skills.\n * Advanced verbal and written communication skills.\n * Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate people and manage resources effectively and work with business partners to achieve goals.\n * Business acumen, knowledge and professionalism; understand how a business operates with the ability to develop and articulate the value proposition of a new process.\n * Functional expertise in project management skills\n * Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n * Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
