Reports To: Production Supervisor
Work Location: Pine Bluff, AR
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Shift: 2nd - 3pm - midnight, Monday - Friday.

About the role: As a Lead Production Associate at Central Moloney, you'll be an essential part of various departments including Production, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, and Maintenance. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting transformer production while ensuring operations meet production standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support workflow and production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members for seamless integration.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and assist in resolving conflicts.
• Communicate instructions effectively to ensure compliance with policies.
• Motivate team members toward improved performance and goal attainment.
• Offer guidance and support for professional development opportunities.
• Assist in identifying career advancement paths for team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assume additional duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to adapt to varying work conditions.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on performance.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical capability for lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Availability for flexible work hours and overtime.
• Pass background check, drug & alcohol screening.
