Job Description - Team Lead Proximity Marketing Representative

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Job description:

Location: Schenectady, NY

Base Pay: $18/hour (competitive and guaranteed)

Bonus Structure: Uncapped commissions! Tied to team performance - meaning the more appointments you set, the more money you earn. This is designed to reward goal-driven and high-performing leaders!

Renewal by Andersen is a seeking a dynamic Team Lead Canvasser. This role is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll guide a team of door-to-door canvassers, train and mentor them to generate qualified sales appointments. Being a Team Lead Canvasser you will blend leadership, training, and in-field coaching to achieve team success!

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of door-to-door canvassers
Actively participate in canvassing to set the pace and model best practices
Train new team members on scripts, techniques, and company values
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Available for work Monday through Fridays 10am to 6pm
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Prior experience in customer service, sales or leadership
A “can-do” attitude with the ability to handle rejection
