We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Team Leader to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and drive excellence in every area of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on food quality, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Coach, develop, and encourage team members while building a positive and accountable culture
• Help recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the restaurant
• Ensure smooth and efficient execution during high-volume meal periods
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality
• Support labor, inventory, and overall business performance goals
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, care, and a service-minded attitude
• Work alongside the leadership team to execute restaurant goals and initiatives
• Create an environment where team members feel challenged, supported, and valued

Work schedule

• 10 hour shift
• Weekend availability
