Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participate in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
• Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for the team
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Lead shifts, open/close, and manage key holder responsibilities
• Ensure excellent communication skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Smile and create emotional connections with Guests
• Have reliable transportation
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Prior experience in similar roles preferred but not required
