Chick-fil-A The Collection at Forsyth is looking for motivated, dependable, and positive individuals to join our leadership team as Team Leaders.

This position is for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to lead and develop others.

You do not have to know everything on day one. We can teach you our systems and operations. What we're looking for is someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, good judgment, and a willingness to learn and lead.

What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you will help lead the restaurant during your shift and set the example for the team. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating Team Members
• Creating a positive, encouraging work environment
• Helping ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Maintaining Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Positioning Team Members and adjusting throughout the shift based on business needs
• Coaching and developing Team Members
• Solving problems and making good decisions during busy periods
• Helping ensure breaks, shift transitions, opening, and closing responsibilities are completed properly
• Supporting other leaders and working together as one team
• Taking ownership of the guest experience

Previous restaurant or leadership experience is helpful, but leadership potential, character, and work ethic are equally important.
