Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our team. As the Team Leader, you will be supervising the team members, maintaining high food quality and hospitality standards ensuring cleanliness, and following our stores mission statement: Making ourselves and our community better. You must be:

• 18 years or older.
• Team oriented
• Able to work with urgency.
• Able to lift 20 lbs. regularly.

Pay: $22/ hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Education: No education required

Work Location: On-site

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Holidays
• Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality food
• Manage the flow of food
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure a smooth workflow
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Be the example of hospitality for our team and guests
• Complete small day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication skills
• Must be flexible with their schedule- must work weekends and be able to open (6:00 am) and/or close (11:00 pm).
• Able to adapt to change quickly
