Team Leader Coach/ Store Manager

The Upper Peninsula of Michigan currently is seeking retail store leadership position in Iron Mountain, MI.  There is plenty to do outside of work- you can ski, hike, swim, fish, shop, and enjoy lots of local cuisine to name a few activities. 

This is a position where you will be helping the Training Manager and Director of Donated Goods set up a brand new store in Iron Mountain. You will have a hand in choosing your team from your assistant to your production and front of store team. This is a Full-Time Salaried position, the store will be open 7 days a week, summer hours will be open an hour later than the winter months. 

Position responsibilities include:

• Be in charge of the hiring, training, developing, supervising, and evaluating Team Members.
• Operating store according to budget.
• Ensuring Proper handling and processing of donations. 
• Schedule staff based on customer needs, production, and store goals.
• Ordering and maintaining store supplies.
• Completing Monthly Safety Site Inspections, Incident/Accident Reports, Team Meeting and Safety Minutes, And other reports on a regular basis. 
• Performs assigned duties with the framework of our Guiding Principles. 

Minimum and preferred qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Specific course work in relevant areas such as marketing,  accounting, management, or advertising skills. 
• Post-high school education preferred. 
• Two to three years of retail experience/supervisory activity management skills of planning, reporting and inventory control. Relevant combinations of these and other skills will be considered. 
• Must be willing to work evening, weekends, and some holidays.
•  Must have reliable transportation. 

Pay is commensurate based on experience with the range being $45,000 to $50,000 with competitive monthly  bonuses. We also offer an exceptional benefit package.
