Position Overview

As a Team Member, you are a key part of delivering the Dunkin’ experience our guests love. You’ll prepare food and beverages, provide friendly and efficient service, and help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly—all while maximizing your earning potential through credit card tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages following Dunkin’ standards and recipes
• Provide fast, friendly, guest-focused service
• Assemble, package, and serve guest orders accurately
• Operate POS systems at the front counter or drive-thru
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
• Meet speed-of-service goals in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with managers and teammates
• Stock and organize supplies in storage and refrigerated areas

Education & Experience

• No prior experience required — we provide paid training!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and stooping

• Working in a small, high-energy restaurant environment
