Key job responsibilities

• Complete Zaxby's University training for FOH and BOH
• Maintain training current as new training is released
• Complete understanding of Zaxby’s menu
• Ensure customers receive the correct meal items
• Taking quest orders, accepting payment for quest orders
• Prep responsibilities include food preparation and meal preparation
• Maintains a clean work area, dishes, floor mopping, and trash removal
• Prep responsibilities include food preparation, meal preparation
• Reports directly to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leads
• Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
