At Out & Out, the title Team Member actually means something. We’re an employee-owned eatery where everyone learns every part of the operation—from cashiering and running food to cooking, prepping, and supporting catering. We don’t box people into one role. We teach the whole restaurant so every shift feels connected, collaborative, and consistent.
