Essential Functions:

• Responsible for maintaining high customer product and service standards
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant
• Operate food preparation machinery
• Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions while following cash handling policies

Additional Requirements:

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft software and cash register operations
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts
• Ability to work in a walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F
