Coupa Cafe Hiring: Immediate Openings for Front of House & Back of House Team Members

Coupa Cafe is a family-owned and operated business that has proudly served Silicon Valley since 2004. With nine locations throughout the Bay Area, we are looking for motivated and dependable team members to join both our Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.

Whether you're interested in customer service, coffee preparation, food production, or hospitality, you'll gain valuable experience while working alongside a supportive team. Front of House Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Take orders and operate the POS system accurately
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, restrooms, and service stations
• Learn menu offerings, ingredients, and allergen information
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to customer needs

Back of House Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to company standards
• Perform food prep and maintain organized workstations
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist with stocking and inventory organization

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
