Available Roles

Front of House Team Member

Our FOH Team Members are the face of Chick-fil-A—creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic communication
• Create emotional connections through excellent hospitality
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
• Support restaurant operations and follow all Chick-fil-A policies and dress code

Back of House Team Member

Our BOH Team Members work behind the scenes to prepare high-quality food with speed, safety, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards
• Operate and rotate through all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, prep, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Stock and manage inventory as needed
• Complete opening/closing tasks and stay updated on new menu items
• Follow all Chick-fil-A rules, procedures, and dress code
