Front of House Team Members

Our Front of House team creates a welcoming experience for every guest through friendly, attentive service. Team Members may take orders, serve guests in the dining room, work in the drive-thru, prepare beverages, maintain a clean and inviting environment, and look for opportunities to provide genuine hospitality.

Back of House Team Members

Our Back of House team works together to prepare safe, high-quality food with excellence, accuracy, and efficiency. Team Members learn multiple areas of our kitchen while maintaining Chick-fil-A's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Scheduling & Availability

We employ people in many different seasons of life — including high school and college students, parents, working adults, and retirees — and offer a variety of scheduling opportunities.

Our operating shifts range from 5:30 a.m. openings to 11:30 p.m. closings, with daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available.

Competitive Wages

Pay: $11.75–$17.25/hour

Looking for our highest earning opportunities? Adult Team Members with full-time availability who can consistently support opening and/or closing shifts at least two days per week may qualify for our highest starting rates.
