About the Role

We’re on the lookout for cheerful, reliable, and enthusiastic

Front of House team members who enjoy connecting with people and

creating exceptional experiences. Whether you're greeting customers,

taking orders, or making drinks, your attitude makes all the difference.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• 
  
• Learn names, faces, and favorite orders (you’ll become a familiar face!)
• 
  
• Master the POS system and handle transactions with confidence
• 
  
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• 
  
• Work as a team to make magic happen — whether it's coffee, food, or vibes

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong initiative — you see something that needs to be done, you do it
• 
  
• Great communicator and team player
• 
  
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• 
  
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 10–55 lbs
• 
  
• Must have or obtain a valid TN ABC card within 60 days
• 
  
• Open availability (weekends required)
• 
  
• Reliable transportation and punctuality a must
