Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests with positive professionalism
- Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining and other other areas
- Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Help create a friendly, efficient, and memorable guest experience
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards in hospitality, speed, and accuracy
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong communication, positive mindset and a passion for serving others
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work mornings, evening, Saturdays, and holidays as needed
- Dependable and carries a strong work ethic
- No experience required-we will train the right people
