Job Summary
Leads team of cross functional professionals for a specific period to time to deliver high quality technology solutions to the business. Lead collaboration to create and agree upon plan to deliver a solution to the business, and then baseline the project for ongoing tracking either by scope or functionality. Team will follow the chosen project management methodology and standard work to deliver the solution, continually keeping the project team and stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and plans to overcome those challenges. The scope of job can range from a program, set of projects or product depending upon assignment. The resources may be managing the entire project or a specific part of the part of the project. Financial management may be of department, program, or projects and include applicable Procurement Management activities.Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Provide regular status reporting including progress, risks, issues, and financials to ensure full transparency across stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships across IT, business units, vendors, and leadership
• Enable informed decision-making through clear, concise, and consistent reporting
• Manage overall project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking
• Perform cost tracking, variance analysis, and estimate-to-actual reviews to ensure financial alignment
• Ensure optimal resource allocation across project activities to support delivery objectives
Required Qualifications
• Significant experience managing technology projects or programs of increasing complexity
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials, budgets, and forecasting
