Job Description - Tech Recruiter

The technical recruiting role's main objective is to work with our clients and help place top tier tech talent to their growing teams. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.

Responsibilities
Identify potential talent that would be a good fit
Building and managing candidate relationships
Matchmaking top tier tech talent with our clients as candidates for their tech teams
Sourcing Candidates: You must find potential tech candidates through leveraging our backend CRM and data tools.
Keep our backend CRM of sales candidates well-organized and updated
Communicate with the rest of the team efficiently and effectively
Attend team meetings and trainings to keep current with technology

Taking full ownership of the hiring process and keeping track of all candidates

Qualifications

You enjoy providing a great client experience

You have experience managing relationships and/or recruiting experience

You are highly intuitive

You thrive in a primarily autonomous role

You are well organized

You love helping people achieve their goals

You want to work with a fast-paced team

You want to be held to high standards and be challenged

Lastly and most importantly, you’re hungry and coachable. You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others who are further ahead than you.

Have less than 6 months of experience in some type of commission-based role

Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only

Aren’t willing to work 50 hrs/week if needed

Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your skills
