About the Role:

Vercel is in search of a talented Technical Content Producer to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a knack for translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored for both our Enterprise prospects, existing Enterprise customers, and developer audience. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality content along the buyer’s journey that resonates with a technical engineering audience—from IC Engineer to CTO.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, write, and edit compelling technical content—including blog posts, whitepapers, user guides, case studies, templates and more—that clearly and accurately explain complex information.


• Collaborate with the marketing, engineering, and sales teams to understand product specifications, key features, and target audience.


• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for both enterprise prospects and customers.


• Plan and execute content (including templates) in alignment with strategic company and marketing initiatives.


• Review and revise content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring that it meets the needs of a technical engineering audience.


• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines without compromising on quality.


• Keep up-to-date with our products, industry trends, and the needs of our users to ensure the creation of relevant and effective content.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content creation processes and strategies.

About You:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail


• Experience creating content for developer and enterprise audiences, with samples to share (writing and code)


• Preference for working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a “get it done” mentality, while maintaining a high quality bar


• Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Bonus If You:

• Web development experience


• Proficiency in content management (CMS) tools (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, DatoCMS)


• Experience using Heap, Koala, Preset, Google Analytics, or other BI/analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user engagement trends

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $130,000-$169,000.  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
