Technical Instructor 3

Provides technical training to customer technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. Provides training to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature while also serving as the face of Lam to numerous customer and Lam employees. Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products, in the Technical Training Center. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses for Deposition products. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in classroom lectures, customer Fab sessions and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material. You will be responsible for performing training on Lam Deposition systems. The training will consist of Lam standard procedures. Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 3 years and a Master's degree Experience working with Lam Deposition systems tools Experience with Sabre Wet systems Experience working in a customer Fab Experience teaching in the semiconductor industry
