Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Developer / Lead Developer / Technical Lead with 12 years of expertise in Retail Pharmacy systems. The role requires strong technical proficiency in ProC, C, PL/SQL, Unix, C++, Tuxesdo, and Centura*, with Java as an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing solutions, developing front-end interfaces and back-end integrations, and supporting release planning and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and user stories to provide accurate estimations and solutions.
• Design and develop front-end interfaces and back-end integrations.
• Produce detailed design documents and develop interfaces.
• Perform coding, reviews, and secure approvals from PO/Business/UAT.
• Support release planning and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and timely delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• Pro*C, C, PL/SQL, Unix, C++
• Tuxedo
• Centura
• Java (additional advantage)

Domain Expertise

• 10 years of experience in Retail Pharmacy systems.
• Desired knowledge of US Healthcare domain.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
