Technical Lead | Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI-powered digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical solutions, drive architecture decisions, and lead distributed development teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for AI-driven digital products. 

• Design scalable, cloud-native architectures using microservices and APIs. 

• Define integration strategies with enterprise applications and third-party platforms. 

• Drive technical discovery, solution design, and implementation planning. 

• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. 

• Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices. 

• Review architecture, code quality, security, and scalability. 

• Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical governance. 

Required Skills 

• 10+ years of software engineering experience. 

• Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot or Python. 

• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, API Gateways, and Event-Driven Architecture. 

• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). 

• Knowledge of AI/LLM platforms, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering is highly desirable. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 175,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
