Job Title: Technical Project Manager, GitHub EMU Migration

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end migration plan, timeline, and wave strategy
  
• Coordinate with DevOps, security, identity, and application teams
  
• Manage risks around account transition, access, and contribution history
  
• Plan cutover windows, rollback steps, and stakeholder communication
  
• Track progress and report status to leadership
  
• Support developer adoption and resolve issues during the transition
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing GitHub EMU migrations
  
• Strong understanding of the challenges in moving from personal accounts to managed accounts
  
• Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise Importer and bulk repo migration
  
• Working knowledge of SAML SSO and SCIM with Entra ID or Okta
  
• Experience leading cross functional technical teams
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating GitHub Actions workflows, runners, secrets, and branch protections
  
• PMP, Scrum, or similar certification
  
• Local to Indiana
