Role Overview:
We are looking for a contract Senior Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for teams across hardware, software, and AI. This person will partner with leaders at Aeva to build a talent strategy around the most mission-critical hiring needs and execute those plans.
What you’ll bring:
- Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Recruit across a broad range of technical areas, including Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Photonics/Optics, as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement with passive candidates.
- Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring.
- Be a champion of Aeva’s culture and employment brand.
What you have:
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles.
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain.
- Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred).
- Global recruiting experience is a plus, particularly Germany or other international markets.
