Position Summary: The Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial equipment using in the aggregate, ready-mix concrete, and material processing operations. Working at customer sites, plants, quarries, and production facilities. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of conveyors, crushers, screeners, batching equipment, mixers, hydraulics, electrical controls, and other heavy equipment.

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screening plants, and read-mix equipment.


• Fabricate and modify metal parts and components using welding and cutting tools.


• Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and mechanical systems.


• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.


• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to minimize downtime.


• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components as needed.


• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report completed work.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a millwright, industrial maintenance mechanic, or experience in the fabrication field (concrete or quarry preferred)


• Experience with welding is a plus.


• Experience working on heavy industrial equipment.


• Knowledge of hydraulics, bearings, drives, and belt systems.
