Technician / IT Support Technician

Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is looking for a full-time IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting hardware, networks, and users across our facility — not just ticket-based support.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows systems and Microsoft 365

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, labeling machines, and other devices

• Set up and maintain workstations, user accounts, and access

• Assist with network setup and troubleshooting (LAN, routers, switches)

• Perform basic network cabling and device connections

• Support warehouse and production equipment (tablets, scanners, terminals, weighing systems)

• Install and maintain security systems (CCTV, access control)

• Help users with technical issues and basic training

• Assist with installations, upgrades, and general IT support tasks

Requirements / Skills

• 2+ years of IT support or similar experience

• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365

• Basic understanding of networking

• Hands-on with hardware and installations

• Ability to troubleshoot independently

• Basic English

Working hours & Benefits
