Our Toyota Service team is looking for a skilled and motivated Technician I who is passionate about delivering quality repairs, great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards while continuing to grow your technical expertise through OEM training and hands-on experience.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs efficiently and accurately


• Complete work according to dealership and factory standards


• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to ensure timely repairs


• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders


• Road test vehicles when required


• Participate in OEM training programs and technical updates


• Identify additional safety or service needs and communicate them promptly


• Supervise apprentice technicians when assigned


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly


• Follow all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements


• Attend departmental meetings and report to work as scheduled

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• Automotive repair experience required


• Valid Guam Driver’s License


• ASE Certification preferred


• Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail


• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented


• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
