Technology Lead/Architect - IBM BPM or Lombardi

Qualifications  for Technology Lead - IBM BPM

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred 

• At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.

• At least 3 years of experience in BPM with minimum 2-3years of experience with IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM ODM (iLog) technologies, WPS & WID 7.x with exposure to Clear Case and DB2.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle. 

• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle. 

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience to XXdomain 

• Analytical skills 

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications for Technology Architect - IBM BPM

Basic

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.

• At least 4 years of experience in BPM with minimum 4 years of experience with IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM ODM (iLog) technologies, WPS & WID 7.x with exposure to Clear Case and DB2.

• At least 3 years of experience in project execution

• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

• Analytical skills 

• Understanding of market and technology trends.

• Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services.

• At least 4 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams 

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
