Technology Program Managers / Scrum Masters

Our client is seeking experienced Technology Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support critical wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead Agile delivery execution across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams


• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination


• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams on roadmap execution


• Manage RAID logs, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation activities


• Support SDLC, release management, and enterprise governance processes


• Deliver executive-level status reporting, KPIs, and program updates


• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, business, and technology stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead


• Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs


• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies


• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and governance activities


• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools


• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills


• Financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
