Tekgo is seeking experienced Senior Manager to oversee daily operations, quality assurance, and team performance at our Durham Offsite Reprocessing Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sterile processing teams.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with AAMI, AORN, OSHA, CDC, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sterile processing operations.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of sterile processing standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
