Telehealth Psychiatric NP (PMHNP) Outpatient Buffalo

Location: Remote (Must reside in EST or CST time zones) – Clinic Based in New York

Providers will manage a consistent and robust caseload of adult and geriatric patients in a busy outpatient setting. Requirements

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow -up visits via telehealth
  
• Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adult and geriatric patients
  
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  
• Develop individualized, evidence -based treatment plans
  
• Maintain a full -time outpatient caseload in a high -volume clinic environment
  
• Provide compassionate, patient -centered virtual care
  
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
  
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
  
  

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  
• Active, unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
  
• Must reside in EST or CST time zone and be able to work EST hours
  
• Experience treating adult and/or geriatric populations required
  
• Prior outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
  
• Ability to manage a high -volume, full -time caseload
  
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  
• Excellent communication and virtual engagement skills
  
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and technology
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
