If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a TEMP IT Computer Prof Specialist to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).\n\nSenior Healthcare Informatics Analyst - Pharmacy \nThe Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst \u2013 Pharmacy Analytics independently provides advanced analytics to support understanding and improvement of pharmacy benefit utilization, cost, quality, and clinical outcomes. This role develops analytic attributes related to pharmacy utilization management, drug cost optimization, formulary performance, medication adherence, and provider/member pharmacy engagement. \nIn collaboration with Pharmacy, Clinical, Actuarial, Finance, and IT partners, this position leads complex problem solving, solution development, and data\u2011driven strategic decision making. Accountable for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations associated with pharmacy data and analytics responsibilities. \n \nJob Duties\n\n * Leads the selection and application of pharmacy\u2011focused analytic, evaluation, and BI methodologies to support business decisions and strategic planning\n * Leverages pharmacy claims data, PBM feeds, EDW data sources, and non\u2011EDW datasets to deliver actionable insights\n * Independently partners with business teams to define pharmacy analytics needs and develop solutions such as predictive models, dashboards, utilization analyses, and performance metrics\n * Serves as a pharmacy analytics advisor on enterprise and cross\u2011functional initiatives\n * Translates pharmacy business rules and policies into analytical models and reporting solutions, acting as a liaison between Pharmacy, Analytics, IT, and EIM teams\n * Performs peer data quality reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of pharmacy analytics output\n * Conducts advanced descriptive and statistical analyses related to drug utilization, adherence, cost drivers, and clinical outcomes\n\n\n\nRequired skills/qualifications\n\n * 4 years of healthcare analytics experience, with pharmacy or PBM analytics experience strongly preferred\n * 3 years\u2019 experience analyzing pharmacy claims, formulary performance, drug mix, utilization trends, rebates, and adherence metrics (PDC/MPR)\n\n\n * 2 years\u2019 experience/advanced knowledge of SAS (including Enterprise Miner) preferred\n * 3 years\u2019 experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, or similar analytic/visualization tools\n\n\n\nEducation\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, public health, statistics, economics, analytics, computer science, or related field required\n * Master\u2019s degree in a related field preferred\n * Four years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor\u2019s degree \n \nPreferred skills\n\n\n * Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem\u2011solving skills\n * Experience building predictive and explanatory models related to pharmacy utilization, cost, and outcomes\n * Knowledge of pharmacy outcomes research, utilization management, and drug trend analysis preferred\n * Strong working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system in a payer setting, with specific understanding of pharmacy benefits and PBM operations\n * Pharmacy pricing and payment methodologies (AWP, WAC, MAC, rebates, trend drivers)\n * Population health and pharmacy\u2011driven interventions\n * Risk adjustment concepts and pharmacy\u2019s role in total cost of care\n * Clinical groupers and classification systems including GPI, NDC, therapeutic class, DRG, HCC, and related models\n * Pharmacy\u2011related quality metrics (HEDIS medication measures, STAR ratings)\n * Knowledge of commercial and Medicare Advantage pharmacy optimization is a plus \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n * Ability to translate complex pharmacy analytics into clear insights for executive, clinical, and technical audiences \n \n\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
