Title: Market Week Receptionist

Overview

The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to cover the main reception area and provide general administrative and clerical support during Market Week from February 25th – March 5th . The selected candidate must be fully available for the duration of market week. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

• Provide information to callers

• Greet people entering organization

• Direct people to correct destinations

• Field queries from the public and customers

• General administrative and clerical support

• Maintain conference room schedules

• Maintain company contact sheet

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel

• Proficient in Outlook

The estimated pay range for this role is $25-$27 per hour
