Job Salary: $25/hour



Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week



Job Location: Houston, TX 77002



Position Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Temporary Bilingual Eligibility Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a short-term, onsite role with an immediate start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a balance of administrative work and client interaction.


This role is best suited for someone with strong people skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities



  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency

  • Maintain and organize files and documentation in accordance with company standards

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal teams

  • Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Provide general administrative support as needed



Requirements



Qualifications & Core Competencies



  • Strong people skills and ability to build professional rapport

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly

  • Receptive to direction and constructive feedback

  • Spanish-speaking bilingual required

  • Preferred: Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or data entry roles


Technical Requirements



  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite



  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is required, including:



    • Data organization and formatting

    • Use of formulas and functions

    • VLOOKUP (required)

    • Ability to work with and manage large datasets accurately



Important Note


Candidates must have hands-on Excel experience, including VLOOKUP, and be Spanish-speaking bilingual to be considered.
