Salary Range: $62,000-$65,000/YR

What You Can Expect:

• As the HR Manager, you will oversee the HR functions.
• Manage recruitment needs for offices.
• Manage state licensing requirements.
• Coach and counsel office staff. 

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older. 
• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. 
• Must be able to work independently. 
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. 
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must have a professional demeanor. 
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 
• Must have great coaching and counseling skills.
• Must possess top notch organization skills.
• HR experience preferred.
