That\u2019s where you come in!\n\nAs a Temporary Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day creator operations for our ambitious AAA titles, EXODUS and Warlock. \n \n\n\n## What You\u0027ll Do: \n \n\n\n * Accomplishing and scaling global influencer and creator programs that drive awareness and engagement.\n * Partnering closely with brand, social, community, and product teams to integrate creator strategies across the marketing funnel.\n * Building and maintaining positive relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.\n * Managing creator outreach, onboarding, briefing, and activation timelines.\n * Coordinating creator programs including early access, content drops, and launch moments.\n * Supporting creator participation in key events such as reveals, hands-on previews, and global events.\n * Tracking and analyzing campaign performance across key platforms.\n * Delivering regular reporting on creator activations and providing insights and recommendations.\n\n\n\n## \nWhat You\u0027ll Bring: \n \n\n\n * 4\u20136 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital marketing.\n * Proven experience accomplishing influencer campaigns from planning through reporting.\n * Strong understanding of the gaming creator ecosystem and platform dynamics (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X).\n * Experience with influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, StreamHatchet, or similar platforms.\n * Excellent communication and relationship management skills.\n * Highly organized and diligent, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.\n * Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and tell a clear story.\n * Passion for games and a deep appreciation for how creators build player communities and culture.\n\n\n\n## \nNice to Have: \n \n\n\n * Experience working with AAA gaming franchises.\n * A background in content creation or a network of industry contacts.\n * Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media.\n\n\n\nAdditional Details: Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency.
