SUMMARY

Laborers assist with the setup, support, and breakdown of our Annual and Informational Meetings. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional event experience for attendees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Set up and dismantle tables, chairs, stages, and signage.


• Load, unload, and transport event materials and equipment.


• Assist in arranging audio-visual equipment and ensuring functionality.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue before, during, and after events.


• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times


• Other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.


• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in event setup or general labor is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

• No travel required.
