Janitorial – Temporary Night Area Manager

Temporary Assignment: Approximately 3–6 Months, with Potential for Permanent Hire

Salary depending on experience. Company-provided vehicle/gas and cell phone. Benefits may be available in accordance with applicable plan eligibility requirements.

• This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3–6 months, based on business needs.
• There may be an opportunity for permanent employment following the temporary assignment based on business needs, position availability, and performance. Permanent employment is not guaranteed.

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Temporary Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations. This position is anticipated to be a 3–6 month temporary assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

This Night Area Manager will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and supervising field cleaning crews
• Providing hands-on training and coaching
• Conducting multiple site visits per night in a company-provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Managing and ordering inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety requirements
• Completing other assigned tasks and administrative duties

Necessary Experience:

• Previous supervisory experience
• MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Type:

Full-time, Temporary (approximately 3–6 months), with potential for permanent hire

El Gerente de Área Nocturno será responsable de:

• Programar y supervisar a los equipos de limpieza en diferentes ubicaciones
• Proporcionar capacitación práctica y orientación a los empleados
• Realizar múltiples visitas a diferentes sitios durante la noche utilizando un vehículo proporcionado por la compañía para garantizar la calidad del servicio
• Administrar y ordenar el inventario de equipos y suministros de limpieza
• Dar seguimiento a las horas trabajadas y la información de nómina utilizando el software y la tecnología proporcionados por la compañía
