Temporary Support (Youth Central)

Job Summary
Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support for Youth and Youth Conference.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day activities that meet the needs of the organization's target population and that are in alignment with the organization's stated mission.

• Handles all external communication with attendees regarding YouthCon.

• Manages internal communication with departments relating to Youth and Conference.
• Assists with all email and phone communication with registrants, trouble shooting needs and providing assistance for them.
• Provides weekly administrative support for Youth Services when needed.

Qualifications

• Performs work under direct supervision.

• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• Possesses ability to work independently and proactively.

• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic level abilities in typical administrative skills.
• Customer service skills.

• Research skills.

• Organizational skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
