Temp-to-Hire Welders

Leonhardt Manufacturing is seeking Welders for temp-to-hire opportunities across multiple shifts. This is hands-on MIG welding work using blueprints and work orders to produce high-quality components and assemblies from galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.

These positions are intended to support increased production demand, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Shift Options

We are currently hiring for set, full-time schedules:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Additional Schedules: May include shifts that cover Fridays and/or weekends based on production needs.

Note: This is not a rotating schedule. Employees are assigned to one consistent shift based on availability and business requirements.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Perform MIG welding based on blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Set up components and fixtures for welding

  
  


• 
  

  Weld galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and conformance to specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Grind, sand, and finish welds as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Support inspection processes, including visual and leak testing

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to daily production and quality goals

  
  

What We're Looking For

  Previous MIG welding experience preferred
