Tennis Shop Attendant

Babcock National Golf Club, located in Punta Gorda, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Tennis Shop Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm, professional demeanor.


• Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and accurately process fees.


• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services.


• Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment.


• Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.


• Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition.


• Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible.


• Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment.


• Promote a culture of safety and service excellence.

• Previous experience in tennis operations, and customer service preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
