A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Territory Manager to help expand market share within an assigned geography. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to build a long-term career in healthcare sales.

In this highly field-based role, you'll develop new business while managing existing customer relationships across hospitals and outpatient healthcare facilities. You'll partner with clinical and operational leaders to provide cost-effective service solutions that improve equipment availability, reduce downtime, and support patient care.

What You'll Do

Business Development

• Prospect and develop new healthcare accounts within an assigned territory.


• Conduct in-person meetings with hospital and healthcare decision-makers.


• Identify customer challenges and present consultative service solutions.


• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.


• Develop and execute territory growth plans.

Account Management

• Build long-term relationships with existing customers.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


• Identify opportunities to expand existing business.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.


• Collaborate with internal service and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Territory Management

• Manage a defined geographic territory with significant field travel.


• Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast future business.


• Track customer activity using CRM software.


• Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Sales & Communication

• Deliver compelling presentations to healthcare leaders and clinical departments.


• Effectively communicate value propositions that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.


• Build credibility with stakeholders ranging from department managers to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong interest in sales and business development.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


• Previous sales, customer-facing, or business development experience.


• Experience prospecting and generating new business.


• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.


• Exposure to healthcare, clinical environments, or hospital operations is a plus.
