Youâll run your territory like a business, backed by engineering and project teams, while helping customers create environments where people go home safe every day.
This is a true consultative, technical sales role inside a company in growth mode.
Youâll work from a collaborative office environment while regularly visiting customer sites to assess real safety challenges and develop engineered solutions. As the organization expands nationally, this role becomes pivotal â both in protecting workers and driving measurable revenue impact.
Youâll sell into complex facilities such as advanced distribution centers, manufacturing plants, aviation and maintenance environments, and industrial operations where compliance, safety, and performance matter.

Responsibilities include:
Building and managing a high\-quality sales pipeline
Developing business from inbound opportunities and self\-generated outreach
Conducting on\-site facility assessments
Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver compliant safety solutions
Engaging safety leaders, operations teams, procurement, and executives
Managing consultative sales cycles
Forecasting opportunities through CRM
Representing the organization at industry events when needed
Consistently achieving revenue and margin targets
Thrive in consultative, technical B2B sales
Prefer face\-to\-face customer engagement
Enjoy selling engineered solutions rather than commodities
Can translate technical concepts into business value
Take ownership of territory performance
Are disciplined, organized, and self\-directed
Want uncapped earnings tied to results
5+ years in industrial, construction, or technical consultative sales
Experience selling customized or complex solutions
Comfort reviewing drawings or technical documentation
Strong communication and territory management skills
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Proven performance in industrial or commercial environments
Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops during site assessments
Engineering or technical education
CAD or design exposure
Safety, OSHA, ANSI, or EHS familiarity
CSP or ASP credentials
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
